James and Damaris Fryer
Serving in Nicaragua
James, Damaris and their children entered “full-time” ministry as James served as the missionary/pastor of a local church in an Alaskan native village in western AK from 2003-2007. The Lord led them to make a move to Nicaragua where they began service with Missionary Ventures in 2007. With Damaris supportiveness, James has a resource writing and preaching/teaching ministry primarily for pastors/leaders around the country. Damaris also bares much of the home schooling responsibilities for their 5 children. Their prayer is to see true reformation take place in the underdeveloped Nicaraguan Evangelical church.

Ministry Focus/Current Projects: They plan to host occasional short-term mission teams, while James focuses on bringing ministerial resources to primarily rural pastors through local church conferences. They are praying to be able to encourage various local churches that are laboring diligently for the gospel by strategically helping them to improve and/or expand their buildings and ministry facilities.
