Field Coordinators

The ministry of MVI is carried out in the mission field by the Field Coordinators. They are responsible to MVI as their sending agency and missionary oversight. All Field Coordinators must complete the MVI orientation held in the Orlando office and also the program at Missionary Training International in Colorado.

The Field Coordinator functions as a "bridge" between home involvement and the indigenous Christian leadership of the foreign country. They coordinate the activity of MVI abroad.

Their role is threefold:

They are hosts as they facilitate team mission trips.
They are pioneers to assist in the establishment of Christian leadership, churches and ministries.
They are administrators, channeling resources to indigenous church leadership.
