Life in Pedro Brand in the Dominican Republic

Article submitted by Bud & Karen Simon, Field Coordinators in the Dominican Republic

Pedro Brand is a community north of Santo Domingo.  It is a hard working community with many needs.  Our friend, Diogenes Guzman, has lived there with his family for some time and took us throughout the neighborhood to see the various needs of the community.

Bud had many opportunities to speak with the people in the village.  They were very glad to see new people interested in their life!

This is part of Dio’s family. No matter how much or little Dominican’s have, they will share it with you and make you feel like an honored guest in their home!
