MVI's long-term missionaries called Field Coordinators are a God-supported missionary who is a bridge between the home base and the field.

They facilitate the development of responsible indigenous Christian leadership and assist Christian leaders by enabling them to start ministries and outreaches to their own people such as Feeding Centers, orphanages, Christian schools, clinics, etc.

They do this by :

• HOSTING short-term mission teams
• PIONEERING projects and ministries
• ADMINISTRATING in-country projects, programs and support
