Ireland: Internships

Our Gap Year Volunteers (Interns) will work with us in Ireland in many diverse ministry opportunities. Committing to a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months, they will function as our base for ministry and service here in Ireland.

As a part of this, Gap Year Volunteers will help to host individuals and teams who come to minister on shorter term trips with Missionary Ventures. They will work on developing plans for outreaches whilst teams are here as well as programmes for follow-up ministry.

During their time as a part of our team, Gap Year Volunteers will be placed in ministry/service based on their gifting, interests and areas where God is challenging them to grow. Placements could be anywhere in Ireland and will be personally tailored to the Volunteer.

We will join with them in the vital role of support and training. There will be a personal mentor for each Volunteer during their time with Outlet, who will encourage, train and challenge each one to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
