Primary Purpose

The purpose of a short–term mission team is to assist the indigenous Christian leadership as they evangelize and disciple their own people for Christ. To assist the Christian leader in the planting and building of churches in unreached areas. To help train indigenous Christians to be witnesses, teachers, and preachers through crusades and pastor conferences. To enable Christian leaders and churches to start ministries and reach out to their own people through feeding centers, orphanages, schools, and medical clinics.

Secondary Purpose

The purpose of a short–term mission team is to give you the opportunity and joy of participating fully in the high calling of Matthew 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” To grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ while helping others of different cultures. To return home a more dedicated Christian witness in your community, share with your church the news of what Christ has done on your trip, and encourage your church to greater involvement in the overall work of Missions.
