Open Teams to Jamaica 2012
Field Associate: Michael Stoddard
Location: Montego Bay
Cost of team: Approximate cost would be $1200 – $1400 per person and includes flights, food, lodging, ground transportation, translators and trip insurance. Price is based on 10 people flying from Orlando. We are able to host large teams in Jamaica as long as we have at least 3 months notice.
Types of Teams Needed:
Construction Team:
Spring 2012 (dates are flexible). Teams would work alongside the locals to build churches and homes. Many times a team will start a project or finish a project started by another team. However, if the team is large enough, a house can be finished in one week. One house cost $2000. The price of the church construction would depend on what needed to be done.
Outreach Team:
Summer 2012 (dates are flexible). Teams would minister in the Girl’s Home, orphanage and home for the elderly. There would also be opportunity for VBS in the local church. This team would be great for families and youth.
