Thank you for applying to become a part of one of our Short Term Mission teams. The Team Trip Department will contact you within 3 business days with regard to your application. Once you have been approved for the team you have requested, you will received a packet of information pertaining to your trip.

There is a $150, non-refundable, application fee required for all applicants, if paying by check/cash. The fee will be $154.50 if paying by credit card, non-refundable.

You will be required to send in a copy of the information page of your passport
- Please scan a copy of the INFORMATION PAGE of your PASSPORT, (including your picture) and email to: Teams@mvusa.org .
- If you do not have access to a scanner, please mail a clear copy to Missionary Ventures (NOTE: we must be able to see your picture clearly)
- DO NOT fax a copy of your passport, because it comes across too dark to read
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your expected return date
